Poor poor service, non delivery and no refund for purchase made and not delivered, faulty items not refunded

Very poor service and and support. Made purchase 25 march, only received 1 of 2 ordered. Product was damaged send it back next day. No refund up to date, and second item never received is somewhere but not with me and this refund requested for it also not received in the meantime the delivery company came to collect the item I never received , I have phoned online support 3 times, send 7 emails. I want a refun on both items: one never received and one send back.
