Poor Poor Service

I just want to say do Not buy anything online from Makro online as when there is a fault with the product bought the service is below poor. I bought a online Lap top worth R10500 ORDER Nr MAK*** . When I got the "New"Lap top there was a Password on so we could not open the "New"Lap top . They came to collect the Lap Top the next day . I have been calling them and emailing them for more than a week with no response on when I will receive a New Lap top or my money back . I was supposed to get a call back from a Manager Mr Keith Africa with no response. Please Mr Africa be a Manager and commit to your promises or look for a different job as you are not fit to be a Manager. And Makro SA Please sort out your customers
