POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE

I have received nothing but poor service from Makro Woodmead after placing an order online. It's almost two weeks and I have not received my order and I have called countless times and can never get someone who can assist me with my order. I have been promised call backs regarding delivery but NO ONE bother to call me to arrange delivery.
