Poor poor poor online service!

Worst service ever! I purchased 3 pair of safety boots of R801.00 On 4 September only, I got a email to state they cancelled my order as they have no stock. And that my FULL refund will reflect within the next 7 - 10 working days.

My refund only were R317.00 from R801.00

Where is the rest of my money? This is really unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the type of service I got from a big company as you are.

Very very very poor service. You did not wait for your money, but I must wait for mine. Why didn't you pay back my full refund. It is now a month and now 1 did have the decency to come back to me.

This is the last time I will ever shop at Makro!
