Poor online support service by Makro

I placed an order with Makro 30th of December, the order was delivered with a wrong item. The collection was done and supplier got their wrong item on the 30th of January till date Makro is queit and when I call and email, their giving me the run around.

Second order was on the 11 January, order was split into two, second order never reached me and when I call they said courier guy picked the parcel up on the 17th Jan 25, I must await call from Wonderboom liquor store which I'm still waiting and tired of waiting.

There is no way forward wrt the refund for the two orders I placed separately.
