POOR ONLINE SERVICES MAKRO

Absolutely disgusted with Makro's level of online service. I had placed an order on 4th December and delivery was due on the 13th. I still have not received my order and it is the 18th. I have received no update and I don't see any refreshed communications under my online profile.

I called and a lady said it will be delivered yesterday 17th. I am still waiting. PLEASE WILL SOMEONE URGENTLY ASSIST ME.
