POOR ONLINE SERVICE/ASSISTANCE
We live in Cape St Francis and want to purchase a Karcher FC5. Our closest Makro in Port Elizabeth does not stock this item and we were advised to purchase it Makro Online. We have tried to register without any success for weeks. Yesterday my husband manage to register but could not proceed past "Delivery Address". We keep on getting "HTTP Status 405 - Request method 'POST' not supported. I called online customer care and was informed to try in 30 minutes again - still nothing. This item is on promotion and we really want to purchase it from Makro. But, without it being stocked close to us and without being able to register online, order it and have it delivered we will have no other option but to source it from another supplier who actually wants our business in these hard economic times.
