Poor online service
I placed my order on the 2nd of April 2023 and i have not received any further communication from this store. My order has not even been packed but the estimation delivery date says "06 April". Their e-commerce is of extremely poor service and can really stress a customer out

06 Apr 2023, 15:58I still have not received my parcel. It is still "packed". After having to log several complaints for my order to even be attended to. My item is still not handed over to the courier service and today was the "estimated delivery" date.
