Poor online service @MakroSA

Their online service is horrible. Last month I got my order after 7days of complaining, even had to go collect it and still got missing items. One of their drivers even wanted to declare my order as delivered so he can deliver at his own spare time.

Ordered again this month and their driver came after hours, only saw that my box was open and had missing items. You can’t even contact them for help because they always give you run arounds. Poor online service nje.
