Poor online service

Terrible experience. Placing order the 30th of June, communication via email said it is handed over to courier company. Expected the 5th of July. Called this morning it is not handed to driver yet and courier company cant find anything of my parcel. At the end Makro will follow up and come back and still no respond from them.
