Poor online service

Ordered a TV on 11 August, and promised delivery in 2-5 days. Called numerous times and they are unable to respond with a delivery promise on 23 August. Will strongly recommend buying anything online from them. The online Chat is abysmal, they stated my Epson Ecotank was on the way when I ordered a TV.
