Poor online service

Even the one star rating is too much! The level of incompetence regarding my online order is pathetic. I have been waiting 4 days late with my order . It is really tiring and emotionally draining as I spent a lot of money and still I haven’t recieved my order . You cancelled my order and still the money hasn’t reflected in my account. Something needs to be done as a lot of people are complaining and nothing is being done
