Poor online service

I am extremely dissapointed with the service I received from Makro Riversands, I placed an online order on the 8th of October for the next day delivery, My order was stuck on "confirmed" since. I then took an initiative to call Makro on the 9th at around 2 pm to follow up on the order only to be told that they are still busy with the order and cant confirm when it will be ready,I clearly mentioned to the lady that I ordered baby stuff that was needed urgently she then transfered me to a deadline I had to make another call asked to be transfered to Riversands Makro the lady told me she does not have their number ...I made 3 calls with no assistance . I then cancelled the order and requested for a refund so I can go to the store to buy the stuff myself...Its now day 2 and still waiting for my refund. THIS REALLY INCONVENIENCED ME.
