Poor online service

l have had a terrible experience with Makro and for a company like this it leaves a lot to be desired ordered a camera online. A camera was delivered but not the one l wanted so l filed for a return. Unfortunately, its now two weeks and still not collected have sent countless emails, messages and even called a countless time but to no avail. This is so frustrating and clear evidence of poor service and complacency.
