Poor Online Service

Makro Online and its courier partner/service provider, WumDrop, are not honest and undermine township customers. Today, Theodore called me and asked for my location; I told him that I was in Hammanskraal, and he said they would call me when he was in Hammanskraal. The guy sounded surprised and said to me that he was in Centurion. An hour later, I received an sms telling me I was unreachable and the delivery would not happen. I immediately called Theodore and asked why the sms said I was unreachable. He told me that they went to Attradgeville, and I asked him why he would go to Attradgeville while I told you I was in Hammanskraal. The moral of my concern is that Makro and the courier service providers are neglecting township customers, and I want my order today. I won't entertain the nonsense I'm getting from both parties. Plus, the Makro Online call centre is extremely poor: I spoke to Tshepo and Busisiwe Mia, and they could not help me; instead, Tshepo advised that I cancel the order when I was voicing my frustration. Busisiwe promised to get back to me, but that never happened.
