Poor online returns from Makro
Terrible service from Makro online. I bought a Transcend dashcam online and it was advertised as a wifi camera that you can view from your phone. They did not say that the phone has to be in the same vehicle as the camera. 2 days after, I requested for a refund. I was then asked to send photos of the actual unit and the box. I sent pictures of the sealed box and unit as requested. 10 days later I was declined a refund reason being the item was opened. Makro asked me to open the item to take photos of it. Where is the sense in this.
