POOR ONLINE PURCHASES SERVICE
Poor online deliveries service, items missing on orders and not getting assistance.

03 Sept 2025, 07:42I do not need apologies, my missing items have still not been delivered. I was only given a reference number 1CLVH but the issue has still not been resolved. I have been calling sending whatsapp messages but I am still not getting any help.

03 Sept 2025, 07:44For the record this is not the first time I am experiencing problems with Makro Carnival regarding my online orders. Last month they did not deliver my order and i Had to go pick it up myself a week after it was supposed to be delivered.
