Poor online ordering experience and customer service
I placed an order online of 1 single item to collect in store. I chose an item specifically that the specified store had in stock. But it seems impossible for you to pick the 1 single item for collection (not even delivery) in 3 days. I phoned your support and they told me that I have to wait 7 to 9 days to pick my item up. ARE YOU MAD? I mean, if I knew it would take this long, I would've just went into the store the next morning and purchase the item myself. I did this online order with collection in order to reduce contact for covid-19 but it seems that you guys are *****ing around. GIVE ME MY STUFF!
Your support staff is useless and so is your absolute poor online ordering service. You have an option of 1 day delivery but you cannot even give me my item for self collection??? You are absolute *****s.

HOW will you even take this up without any further information of the store, my order number or even at least my name? I mean, my complaint is pretty bad and yes you should be taking this up seriously because you people are loafing around or busy with some ***** business practices.
Your customer service line might as well just close down because they are useless as dog pooh, because they cannot assist you with anything, generic responses like you guys are giving here on this thread is sickening. I've read through a few other complaints you received and the responses are all similar for all of them. If you want to trade online you need to actually serve your customers what they paid for. I mean my item was R6000, so I am absolutely furious that I have to sit and wait for what seems to me like no valid reason can be given.
I could've purchased this item from amazon.com and received it from the USA faster than you can actually get the item from your OWN store (in stock) to the collection / pickup point. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? If you guys don't know how to properly run a distribution network in conjunction with online purchase and shipping then tell me before I pay for the item that I will be able to get the item quicker from another online store so that people can stop wasting their time with your so called "process" as I was told by your customer service staff, there is nothing they can do about the "process". You can't even speak with a supervisor or anything to escalate your query. Sis!
