POOR ONLINE ORDER SERVICE - NO ORDER RECEIVED FOR ITEMS ORDERD MORE THAN 2 WEEKS BACK
I have placed an order more than 2 weeks ago with Makro Online. Up till today, no delivery has taken place. On Friday 27th February 2026, I received an SMS that my parcel was delivered. Nothing was delivered up till now. Parcel has mysteriously disappeared between the warehouse and the courier company. Several e mail and phone attempts was made to follow up where my parcel is - no luck.
I would wish for a competent manager to contact me and want to cancel this order and my money refunded please. Items not needed anymore as I needed it urgently 2 weeks back when ordered and had to buy the items somewhere else. Courier reference MMLA-***.

The parcel was not delivered at my address as explained and confirmed several times before. I did book returns on the 2 products and want my money back/refunded to my account asap!!!!
Please can we get this sorted now as this query is being going on for nearly a month now. This is getting really ridiculous to wait and we are getting nowhere to solve the issue. After I received the delivery sms I contacted Makro immediately confirming nothing was delivered. Promises of making contact with the courier company and revert back to me to confirm with them where the parcel was delivered, ended up with no feedback!!!!!
PLEASE ASK A MANAGAER TO CONTACT ME AS PER SEVERAL REQUESTS BEFORE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR PRODUCTS NOT DELIVERED AND RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
