Poor Online Order Service by Makro
Poor online Service or must I say no online order service. Orderd product 1 December with 2-5 working days delivery. Today is the 4th day and my order status has not changed. Phoned online order customer service ans after waiting 10min to get assistance I have been told that they will send courier today to pick up my order and get it delivered.
5 hours after call and still no change in order status since I placed my order.
Poor poor service.

08 Dec 2022, 10:27Still no feedback on e-maiils. Also order status has not changed after agent told me yesterday they send courier to collect my order yesterday from the supplier. Now again on phone waiting for 15min and no agent assisting.

08 Dec 2022, 10:562nd call today holding now 21 min. After 17 min agent picks up takes order number and says hold on while I check what is going on with your oder now 5min still holding on and looks like I will hold on another 5-10min or phone will get dropped.

08 Dec 2022, 19:39After phone calls of more than 40min and ****ty excuses just update on order after last phone call to say order packed and nothing more. I paid for a service and my order should have been delivered to me by now. This is Mass Mart Group are closing stores cause you can't deliver a service paied for.
