POOR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The website indicated that my product's were in stock, however after ii placed the order, ii was informed a week later that they have to order it from their supplier. It took three weeks for my order to be delivered even though the website indicated a waiting period of 3-7 working days, when Ii phoned ii held the line for over an hour, only to get assisted rudely. Ii requested a change of the delivery adress due to the inconvenience, customer service said they would, however the next day it was delivered to the initial adress
