Poor online and telephone service

I ordered 2 Karcher high pressure washer machines on 30/09/2021 online with ref MAK***. The following day only one machine was delivered along with a table lamp. I called the delivery company's driver shortly after receiving this to see if he made a mistake and he referred me to the call center. I was then advised to lodge my query via email which I did on the very same day. Six days later I have not been contacted and I tried to make a follow up call, after a long hold on the phone I spoke to a lady named Bongi. After hearing my query she kept me on hold for yet another lengthy period and upon her return to my call she hung up. I called again and held on the line again and eventually spoke to another lady named Mbali, she also kept me on hold and then came back and dropped the line and transferred me to their call rating service. I'm frustrated and terribly disappointed by the service I received. These machine I was buying were meant to be given away as gifts and the event has already come and gone, alas...
