Poor online and customer service

The 1 star rating is incredibly generous! I placed an order from Makro online on 28th October 2025. The Wumdrop driver brought the wrong item and therefore had to take it back and I am still to this day waiting for the correct item to be delivered. To my surprise the status on my order then changed to delivered even though I have not received the correct goods. I have followed up numerous times with Makro online and everytime I’m told they are waiting for feedback from the store which is Strubens Valley branch. This is incredibly frustrating as I have paid for the items and I am not able to get any resolution almost 10 days later.
