Poor - non existent "service"

Online - placed an order; website promises delivery within 2 to 5 days. Almost two weeks later, still have not received my order. Numerous email and phone calls - absolutely no positive result - still don't have my order. Have requested a refund and surprise / surprise advised refund to get money back in my bank account, will take 2 to 5 days. Seems to be the standard response from the call centre agents. VERY POOR "SERVICE" : Highly recommend that people don't use the online shopping forum. I know it's time consuming and irritating but shop in store and stand in the queue. At least you will get what you require .
