POOR MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE

I bought an item on Makro online on the 19/04/22. I was expecting to receive my order between 7-10 working days as indicated in their website.

However, 10 day period has lapsed and still I haven't received my order. Furthermore, there haven't been any changes on my order status, remains stale.

On the 04/05/22 I sent them an email inquiring about my order, Nompumelelo Nkosi from makro responded to my email and advised that they are attending to my query, they have escalated my query to the relevant department and they will give me feedback soon. Two days later still no feedback from them.

Their incompetency its really frustrating. This is by far the worst online purchase I've done in the history of my online purchases.

Had it been there was an option of rating them zero, I would have done so without hesitation.

This will certainly be my very last purchase from Makro online ever.
