Poor Makro and DSV service

I placed an order on the 26th November 2021, it was processed at Silver Lakes, for what reason I don't know because I'm next to Wonderboom, till to date I have not received my order. I called Makro the lady who answered was quick to dismiss me, I traveled from Mabopane to Silver Lakes Makro today, 29 December 202, only to find out the courier was hijack(DSV), no one bothered to inform me. According to them, all the orders that were on that courier were replaced. I'm not happy with Makro at this point, I don't even know what to do. They promise my delivery will be tomorrow.
