Poor Logistics, Poor Service and Lack of Quality Control

I got a terrible experience from Marko Centurion specifically from Nkosinathi and his manager Rendani. Marko is selling refurbished fridges as new. The first fridge they delivered had visible brown marks on the inside and scratches on the inside and outside that indicate prior use. There was also a defect on the water dispenser in the form of a bulge. These are clear signs of damage on a "new" fridge. I gave them a chance to rectify this issue and there were serious logistical issues. The second fridge had similar issues which tells me that quality control issues are not observed at Marko. Anyone can see that these fridges are not new and yet they are being sold as new. Its almost a week later now. I was promised that the 2nd fridge would be picked up and returned and that hasn't happened. I live in the same area as Marko, how difficult can the logistics be?
