Poor extended service warranty at makro

I have a washing Machine Defy it's on the extended warranty, it has broken down 3 times now, I have phoned and have to fight to get someone to have a look at it, they say they fix it two to three weeks later it broken again. The ppl they send they have even broken my cupboards moving the machine. They just don't care about their customers shame. I'm dissatisfied with the service they provide for this extended warranty, when you purchase the appliances they recommend take the extended warranty it's worth it. But when things go wrong you receive the poorest service ever. Shame on Makro.
