Poor, disgusting customer service fro Makro online

I purchased a stove online and processed payment via EFT. To my surprise I was informed only after enquiring that Makro no longer accepts EFT however it is still active on their system. I needed the stove badly I went to Crown Mines the same day and purchased the stove.. All I need is for Makro online to return my money. I have sent proof of payment, spoke to a bunch of useless consultants. Why go online when you clearly can't manage the system, I should not be inconvenienced because people are ***********.
