Poor delivery service

I am very unhappy with the service i have received, not with the call center or a specific store but with the company they use to courier with.

I placed an order online on Saturday 19.02.2022 and it showed that it would take 2 to 5 days to deliver. On Monday 21.02.2022 i got an email that my order had been dispatched.

By Thursday I still didnt have my stuff and so i called the call center and they said i should wait till Friday as that would be more than 5 days. So yesterday i called and i told them that i had to have it by yesterday and i was told they will see what they can do. This morning i called again because i need the stuff today and was told that the courier did try to deliver but that i didnt answer my phone HOWEVER i have no missed calls on my cellphone at all and now i have been told that it will be delivered on monday as they only service lydenburg 2ce a week.
