Poor Delivery service

Makro uses a courier service WumDrop who is absolutely useless. The level of service is atrocious and no-one takes accountability. My Makro invoice clearly states business to business and I have explained to them numerous times not to deliver after 4 pm but the driver will call after 6 pm trying to deliver. Makro do better and choose a better courier service or start an inhouse delivery service because this is the last time I will be ordering anything for delivery. Every time I have placed an order, I have issues with delivery. It no longer acceptable and I'm sure there are many other clients experiencing this frustration with the delivery service.
