Poor Delivery Service

The delivery guy takes 3 hours to drive 8 km and says it's traffic but on the tracking schedule shows that he drives around other areas and goes shopping at malls where he is supposed to come directly to me to deliver a parcel. Waisting my time waiting for 3 hours instead of 15 mins.
