Poor delivery service
I placed my order on the 27th Nov 2022. Today it's the 5th and I haven't received anything. I called 2 days back and was told the matter is being escalated and I would be e-mailed or called back. Nothing has happened, I actually had to buy the same products from my local shop because while I am waiting for Makro, I have run out.

06 Dec 2022, 17:23I don't want feedback, I need my staff delivered as soon as possible because I don't have money to buy the same things again at my local store. The reason why I ordered at the time I did is because I had calculated that by the time I run out I would have received my staff from you.
