Poor delivery service

On 16 December 2022 I ordered a trampoline as a Christmas gift for my grandsons from Makro online. I could have collected the item from Makro, but instead opted for free delivery as they said it would be delivered by 22 December. That date came and went. On 23 December I spent over an hour on the phone trying to trace my order. No one was in the least bit interested. Obviously I was extremely disappointed as it was a gift for young children. On 24th Dec I received a message saying the item would be delivered by Dawn Wing Courier by 29th December. Today is 30th and still nothing. Phoning is hopeless as you just hang on and hang on. I find this so called service totally unacceptable and would warn others to be extremely cautious before ordering on line from Makro. Big business just don't care!😪
