Poor delivery service

This is the worst online service I have had. Placed an order 23rd November. Followed up on 25th, and when I was told delivery process was 3 to 7 days wanted to cancel. Was told by Prudence that refund could take up to 7 months to reflect back in my account. Said she would follow up. Received mail on Friday 26th that order ready and packed. Called yesterday 1 Dec to find out when I can expect delivery. Was told I should have received it already. Again told it will be escalated. Got mail 30 mins after call to be advised delivery is delayed. Have done numerous online purchases at Pick and Pay, Checkers, Takealot, Clicks and always got my goods delivered within 2 to three days. Will never use Makro Online again and would like to warn others about their poor service
