Poor delivery and communication by makro

What will it take makro to deliver my laptop,they ignoring my calls and emails.strubens valley store they not taking my calls,that 2weeks and half of pleading with makro to deliver what I've payed for,now i must beg them every day.makro ****med me my money

I'm in disbelief how makro is playing games with my money,they want to be reminded by hello Peter to do their service to me as a customer, I'm on my 3rd week waiting for my laptop.they are quite they don't care that i payed my last R5000 to purchase that laptop, I'm after them every day.they promised yesterday as usual a lie to solve my order before the end of the day but nothing no email no call.Makro why you treating me like this.what about my money what about my consumers right.Do you even know basic thing of customer service?

I really don't know what it will take makro to resolve this issue of not delivering my laptop, they keep on lying about order being dispatched but no solution at all,i have spent more than R600 on airtime being after them.what more do you want from me makro? what about R5000 i payed you??
