poor customer support

i placed an order online on the 27th November and its still has not been completed, i am going away on holiday and i need to pick this order up no later than today as i have waited enough, your call centre keeps on disconnecting my calls and the store keeps on doing the same thing. I WOULD LIKE MY ORDER THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!
