Poor Customer Service x 2

After my bad experience at Makro Wonderboom on the 26 June 2021, a Manager called me and offered me a Gift Card of R 200.00. The arrangement was that when I visited the store again, I must report to the reception an the gift card will be there waiting for me. Indeed, I visited the store again a week ago on Saturday to do some shopping and get the gift card. There were two receptionists and a cashier at the counter and none of them new anything about the gift card and they told me that the manager was off duty. It actually made me feel so awkward and stupid as they kept asking me questions on information I did not make notes of as I trusted what the Manager had promised.
