Poor customer service.. so inconvenient.

I bought a cookerhood online. It was delivered damaged. I requested an exchange or refund. 6 weeks later, my issue has not been resolved. Also no one is updating me or communicating with me. I'm drained and exhausted from sending emails and contacting them and not getting any help 😭😭
