Poor Customer service satisfaction.

I logged a query till this day I never got feedback. Funny how you manage to get hold of me when trying to increase my credit limit yet you never attend to complains.

I have been struggling to access any of my information on the App, the call center isn't very helpful with their bad attitude.

I would have loves to attached the pictures of the app.
