Poor Customer Service - Refund
Poor customer service. No response when following up. Ordered and paid for a product on a Black Friday deal. R Moerane from the Centurion Branch advised that the product is out of stock and that I will receive a refund. 12 days later and no one is responding to my emails and no refund has been processed.

06 Dec 2023, 12:26Thank you, however the problem is still not resolved. The consultant who responded did not review the whole order. There should be two refunds and I have only received the refund for R120.00 and I am still waiting for the refund for R599.00
