Poor customer service - no delivery

Placed an online order on 31 Aug 2022, to date I have not received my delivery despite several follow-ups, both telephonic and via email. Today I restored to going in store to get feedback and an hour later I am still getting the run around. Your service Makro is pathetic to say the least
