Poor Customer Service From Makro Springfield

I purchased a Bosch Battery which was R699 from Makro. It was an online purchase. I charged the battery but it is running down without even using the bosch blower that I had also purchased online from makro. I went to return the battery to Makro Springfield and they refused to take it back. The battery was not even a week old. The charger was also purchased from Makro online.
