Poor customer service from Makro online

Don't use Makro online there service is so pathetic. I bought a kettle online and it broke 2months later. I went to Ottery Makro just to be told they don't stock that particular kettle I have to contact online customer service, what a waste of time and airtime. I'm still waiting on the courier to collect the kettle, it's been 2 months. I will never buy from Makro ever. There poor service has lost them a customer for life.
