Poor customer service from Makro
I bought a tumble dryer instead of buying washing machine online at makro, I called them the next day asking them to make an exchange, they said I have to request for return online since I bought it online, I did that, they didn't come collect , they asked pictures of the machine and the original packaging I did, after they said they won't come fetch it since I opened the box and now it's been 2 months I just stacked with the machine here with me, when I call them they always telling me different stories.......

09 Apr 2025, 21:12I still have the original packaging is still covered I only checked if the package I bought the right order only to find I bought the wrong order that's why I filed for a return due to wrong order that was placed ,they even asked me to send the picture of the machine and the original packaging , I dnt know what more they need from me......

10 Apr 2025, 10:45Makro you are a **** of a franchise .How was I supposed to show you that the item has not been used before return without opening the box for you ?I was advised to do so and now I can't get my item because of the advises I got from you guys .you made sure that you give me the runaround until I paid the product in full and now you tell me this .I'm gonna give my feedback to necessary platforms and make sure that people know of a **** you are .
