Poor customer service from MAKRO.

Early march I bought 2 products online, I received only 1.i called makro to rectify the issue. As I'm writing it's May, makro has not sorted my issue, nor have they paid. I'm very disappointed by this big company. I went to their store they told me they can't assist. They have sent pillar to post. I don't know what to do anymore.
