Poor customer service

I purchased 2 heaters over the past weekend. I received an email confirming my order. Today is Friday and still nothing, not bad as they said upto 10 days for delivery but there is no response to all my emails trying. I tracked my order it says it has been collected by the courier. My phone is damaged due to loadshedding and I cannot replace it as I cannot leave the house just in case they arrive. I am annoyed because no one is responding my emails so we can sort out delivery there instead of over the phone. They can up their game by doing a very small thing like responding to emails. First time ordering online from them and def the last.
