Poor Customer Service

Purchased a fridge and chair on Tuesday, 6 August 2024 for delivery to home address. For two weeks no delivery has taken place and I am being sent from pillar to post between departments with each representative promising to return the call with an answer. these are empty promises as no one calls back. each time I phone, I am told by the person answering they have not spoken to me before and ask for contact details again. No one is willing to take the responsibility to resolve this issue.
