Poor customer service

I am not happy with the level of Makro's communication,I have to now keep on calling them just to enquire about my order.honestly I regret shopping at makro. Because a shopping that is supposed to make me happy, has left me in so much distress.

I have closed today at work, and you guys at makro are not communicating when i will receive order

It now Friday the 06th of December and delivery was scheduled for Tuesday 03rd of December, how do one plan a holiday when waiting for an order , that you don't know when it would arrive
