Poor Customer service & Delivery commitment

I placed an order 29 June. Delivery 1.2 was received 1 July which is great. The website does not reflect this though. In fact it doesn't even show that it was handed over to the courier so clearly their milestones are not working. Delivery 1.1 has to date not been delivered. Sent an email 5 July to query and all I got was was an automated response the following day to advise me that there will be a delay in feedback but 3 days of no feedback is not acceptable. You are often more expensive than many other retailers or your savings are unjustifiable yet I use you on occasions because of the convenience of delivery. This hardly seems convenient. Come now surely you can manage customer service better than this. As a side note you really should not reflect goods as in stock when placing an order when its not. It's a great inconvenience to have goods cancelled after you have paid for the order. It is in fact possible to check and reserve stock at checkout. You should build that into your online store
